We talk about Humility this week as we share from the Bible and give personal stories our own lives. Next week, we will finish the second part of this series with “Grace”. Below are links and references we used on our show.
Colossians 3:12
Colossians 4:6
Ephesians 2:8-9

Great subject guys. I enjoyed your insights. It made me remember what Jesus said, “A pupil is not above his teacher; but everyone, after he has been fully trained, will be like his teacher.” Luke 6:40
Our children can’t be any better than what we teach them and model for them.
Thanks
I enjoyed listening to your discussion on humility. It reminded me that the key to being humble is being thankful. When were thankful to others, God, Christ, our parents, our spouse, our friends, and our children, we recognize their importance in our life.
It’s interesting that before Paul explains how we should interact with our family in Col 3:19-22 he says, “Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body; and be thankful. Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God. Whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the Father. Col 3:15-17
Paul mentions “Thankfulness” 3 times in 3 verses. If we are thankful humility comes easier.
Thanks, guys and God Bless!
